Dylan Hotels is Privately held hotel company started by Magan Patel based in Dunn, North Carolina. Private ownership has its privileges where responsiveness and longer-term strategic vision translate into keen advantages and returns for investors over publicly trade companies. Our ability to be strategic, intentional and uphold the longer-term vision of financial success versus short term earnings and reporting pressures means collaborative and creative partnerships are given the best opportunity for success. After 10 years, In the mid 2006 Dylan Hotels expansion mode led to a partnership with Wyndham Hotel Group. Starting with the ownership and management of the Super 8 in Raleigh, NC. Dylan Hotels currently owns and operates economy and Mid tier hotels in Carolinas. Kal Patel, VP of Operations & Development. Kal is responsible for overall property management, profitability, and maintaining company standards of excellence for Dylan hotels. Kal is a highly regarded member of the Franchisee Advisory Council for Baymont Inn By Wyndham. He has also served as Super 8 Advisory countil, AAHOA Ambassador – NC Region and Choice Hotel Region 3 Advisory Board.
